saviour - noun. a person who saves, rescues, or delivers
I love recruitment but hate the industry, its reputation and the minority of businesses that brings it into disrepute. So I am the self proclaimed saviour of the recruitment industry with a mission to clean up its act, help those that do take this profession seriously. The recruitment industry needs to change and together we need to make that change, I might be the saviour but this is not a one man mission. Things to do... 1. Complete manifesto - good business ethics, think like a candidate, think like a client, cowboys need not apply, it is about the money 2. Get membership 3. Clean up the recruitment industry.
